## Opening hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 to 18:00.
Friday: 8:00 to 14:00.
Saturday: 9:00 to 13:00, check-ups and cleaning only.
Sunday: closed.

## Services and prices
- Check-up and X-rays: $85
- Cleaning with the hygienist: $120
- Filling: from $150, depending on the tooth
- Teeth whitening: $350, two visits
- Emergency visit for pain or a broken tooth: $95, same day when a slot is free

## Insurance
We accept Delta Dental, Cigna and MetLife. For other insurers, patients pay at the visit and we give them a form to claim the money back.

## New patients
Arrive 10 minutes early and bring a photo ID and your insurance card. The first visit is a check-up with X-rays.

## Cancellations
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations cost $40.

## Emergencies after hours
If the clinic is closed and you have severe pain or swelling, call the on-call dentist at 555-0199.
